SUARTUR
(PT Suar Nusa Jaya Tours) and its associates act only
as agents of the various transportation companies, hotels,
airlines, etc that serve you and your clients. They are
therefore free from responsibilities for any loss, damage,
destruction and/or other irregularities which may arise
from or are caused by the neglect of such companies which
are involved in the component or part of the tours.
SUARTUR (PT Suar Nusa Jaya Tour) and its associates should
under no circumstances be liable for any expenses which
arise from injury, death, disruption of the program or
tour, etc which are caused by, contributed to or by the
consequences of war, political action, strikes, natural
disasters and/or other cases which are beyond our control.
SUARTUR (PT Suar Nusa Jaya Tour) and its associates reserve
the right to change, cancel part of or the whole program,
without notice in advance, if it is found to be in the
best interest of all concerned. In the event of decrease
in the costs, SUARTUR (PT Suar Nusa Jaya Tours) and its
associates will refund its client or their agents the
amount equal to and limited to such a decrease in costs.
SUARTUR (PT Suar Nusa Jaya Tours) and its associates will
not honor clients who do not have sufficient documentation
or means of support from their agents, such as for payment
and/or exchange orders, etc.
No employee or agent of SUARTUR (PT Suar Nusa Jaya Tours)
nor any of its associates are authorized to commit SUARTUR
(PT Suar Nusa Jaya Tours) to any variation of the preceeding
conditions, tour conditions, billing systems, tour prices,
etc unless it is given in writing and signed by the President
Director and/or the Director of Inbound Tour of SUARTUR
(PT Suar Nusa Jaya Tours).
Rates: This rates are quoted nett per person in US Dollars
based on current exchange rates and are valid as from
and subject to change without notice, adjusted to the
market fluctuation.
Inquiries & Reservations: Inquiries and Reservations

or preferebly by minimum details are required in order
to fulfill the reservation efficiently. Please state names
of clients or group, exact arrival/departure dates with
flight details, number or pax, name of hotel, sightseeing,
meal plans, etc.
Replies & Confirmations: All replies and confirmation
will be made at the shortest possible time either by e-mail
or fax or letter.
Cancellations: A one night cancellation fee of the total
rooms confirmed will be charged if notice and cancellation
is received at the last moment or on condition to the
prior agreement of both parties.
Refunds: No refunds or reductions will be made to any
clients/group member for any unused portion of tours or
meal unless there is previous advice made in a due course
of time. The minimum time notification of group cancellation
is two weeks before arrival date.
Invoices: Soon after the completion of our services, an
invoice will be sent to your office.
Terms of Payment: Payment must be made three weeks before
group arrival and three weeks after receipt of our invoice
for individuals by swift our bank:

In case of late payment an additional amount of 1,5 %
interest will be charged per month to the amount of invoices
pending/overdue.
Vouchers: Please issue a voucher for all services required,
clearly explaining services to be provided. A duplicate
of the voucher must be forwarded to our office well in
advance to confirm your acceptance of the arrangements
made. The original voucher should be handed to us by your
clients on arrival for invoicing.
Children's Discount: Chindren under 9 years sharing a
room with parents pay 50 % of adult fare.
Packages Include: Transfers and tours by air-conditioned
vehicles where available. Accommodations at hotels as
stated, based on sharing twin, meals based on itinerary.
Admissions fees for places visited and guide fees.
Packages Exclude: Airfares, airport tax, optional tours,
personal expences such as laundry, telephone, tips, excess
baggage, etc.
